Here is my note to Myspace:

Is there some reason my classified ad gets deleted? I have posted a couple of times over the past year advertising rental property I own, and the ad is deleted. Is it because I link to my personal web site which has information about the property. Here is the link:

http://www.stpetersburghouseandhomerental.com/Historic_Kenwood_St_Petersburg/Historic_Kenwood_Saint_Pete_217_23St_N.html

that is St Petersburg Apartment to rent for blog readers.

if that is the reason, could it be made clear at the time of posting, or could a message be sent stating that is why the ad is not acceptable? To just delete it seems unsocial.

Here is the contents of the ad:

We have a one bedroom apartment available right now.

It is a charming 650 square feet one bedroom apartment with a family room in Historic Kenwood with street and alley access. Historic Kenwood is a unique area with loads of charm and character with all the finer things that St Petersburg and the Tampa Bay area has to offer. This is on a tree-lined street in a friendly, diverse neighborhood.

This St Petersburg apartment is two blocks from the up and coming Grand Central District, 2 minutes to the Interstate 275 freeway or to US 19. It is 5 minutes to Downtown St Petersburg and 20 minutes from downtown Tampa. It is walkable to many other amenities, such as Saint Petersburg High School (ranked 35th in the nation by Newsweek), a health club and the main public transit station in Pinellas County.

* 1 bedroom with a family room
* 1 bathroom
* kitchen with new counter tops
* new range
* refrigerator
* washer and dryer
* air conditioning
* ceiling fans
* cable ready
* large closets in bedrooms and bathroom
* built-in microwave

The apartment is private and quiet. There is parking space for at least one car, maybe two because the other apartment doesn't use their's. It is a garden apartment, so you are not living in a rabbit warren of other renters.

The bedroom is approximately 9 feet by 15 feet. The family room would make an ideal nursery. Cell phone reception seems good, for the Cingular network at least.
The existing tenants are moving out as they are relocating to South Carolina.

Contact me and I will send you a link to a site with more details and there are photos and virtually ALL your questions will be answered. For some reason every time a post the link here, the ad gets deleted.

pets MAY be OK, depending on the pet and the owner.
